As a former elementary teacher, I know how demanding life can feel for our youth. Between academic pressure, extra-curricular commitments, and social-emotional demands, our kids are shouldering more stress than ever before.

Even 30 minutes of mindful breath and movement can make a difference in the overall health of your kiddo. Based on input from both the student and caregiver(s), I’ll build sessions that are age-appropriate and healing. Best suited for ages 5-12.

$10 / person – 45 minutes

Yoga is a phenomenal antidote for the ever-increasing amount of time our kiddos spend with screens. Studies show that mindful breathing and movement bring numerous benefits, including an improvement in focus and healthy stress-response. 

My Kids’ Yoga classes playfully introduce students to poses and breathing techniques through games, stories, and expressive movement. My goal is to empower the kids while offering tools for emotional regulation and a safe space to be themselves and find community. Best suited for ages 5-12.

$20 per person

My two-hour workshops delve into a specific topic that deepens your practice on or off your mat. Expect some discussion time and some practical application.

$30 / hour

If you prefer one-on-one instruction and interaction, this format is for you. Prior to the session, you’ll fill out a client intake form that I’ll use to design an hour of healing that is unique to your needs.

This is a great option if you are:

  • rehabilitating an injury
  • new to yoga
  • cross-training
  • pregnant
  • seeking modifications to poses
  • trying to balance, strengthen, or stretch a targeted area of your body

$40 / hour

For 2 or 3 people, this is a wonderful way to have individualized attention during a practice. Before the session, I gather information about each student to inform my instruction so I can design an hour that meets the needs of each person. This is a great way to get a sense of a private session while spending time (and splitting the cost with) friends!

$50 / hour

Grab your chums and yoga together! For groups of 4+, a small group session is a healthy, fun-filled way to spend 60 minutes. This yoga session is crafted with the group’s intention for gathering in mind. The more, the merrier!
